Reference Standard Golf Shafts

eSHAFT PERSONAL SHAFT PROFILE
For the best possible fit, Carbon Dynamics offers an exclusive Personal Shaft Profile for our customers. Send us an email and tell us a little about the strengths and weaknesses of your game and what you don't like about the shaft in your current club. Pass along the type of club, (975D, etc) the loft, and the final playing length you'd like your finished retrofit club to be. Cavity molding technology allows use to easily make calculations to allow for hosel depth, clubhead weight, and final playing length so we can send your the perfect shaft. We have charts with most of the OEM clubhead specifications to help us determine the proper flex for you club.
In fact, the cavity molding technology allows us to custom build a "reproducible" shaft...find the right flex for your game and we can build a shaft that will perform the same in the rest of your woods, too!

SPECIFICATIONS

The Retro wood shaft has a 28 inch parallel uniform grip section so the grip under the right and left hand feels the same. It also has a special multi-kick, five flex point (hinge) starting at the grip (the uniform grip is the catalyst for the multi-kick design) with four more flex points moving down the shaft. Tip trimming is not recommended to maintain the high performance characteristics of the shaft , butt cut to length only. Proper care in choosing the correct shaft blank insures a proper fit. Raw shaft length is 47 inches.
